UPB optical cable fittings, optical cable clamps, aluminum alloy suspension brackets, optical cable communication fixing brackets, optical cable fixing accessories
Feature:
OPGW optical cable down clamp types: stainless steel strip type (for poles) and hot-dip galvanized type (for towers) down clamp;
ADSS optical cable down conductor clamp types: stainless steel strip type (for poles) and hot-dip galvanized type (for towers) insulated down conductor clamps;
The installation requirements and characteristics of the down conductor clamp for poles are as follows:
(1) Using insulation fixtures to ensure the insulation between the optical cable and the structure;
(2) The model of the down conductor clamp should meet the design requirements;
(3) During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the optical cable is straight and the cable outlet of the tension clamp should be smooth and natural. The lead wires between the two wires should be tightened to avoid wind induced oscillation.
Installation scope: The optical cable should be led down straight and aesthetically pleasing, and a fixed fixture should be installed every 1.5m-2m to prevent friction between the optical cable and the tower. It is recommended to use matching fixing fixtures and insulated rubber to fix the down cable to the station structure, and the distance between it and the structure components should not be less than 20mm
